Tami West, PhD
Dr. Tami West is a storyteller, speaker, certified Mental Health First Aid instructor, and Positive Psychology Coach who has spent more than two decades helping women, teachers, and professionals take back their peace. After years of anxiety, panic attacks, and even a hospitalization, Tami devoted her life to understanding why so many of us feel overwhelmed and why we often bond through stress instead of support. Her PhD research revealed something powerful: the way we talk about stress shapes who we become. Tami is the author of The Stress Club and co-host of the Consider Yourself Hugged podcast, where she blends science, humor, and personal stories to remind us that healing is possible, boundaries are healthy, and joy is allowed.
